OMNIVA parcel services is a convenient and simple way of delivery, as you will be able to receive your parcel at any time.When the parcel is delivered to the parcel terminal of your choice, you will receive an SMS and an e-mail.
IMPORTANT!
Indicate your phone number and e-mail address precisely, because all information about the delivery of the parcels will be sent to your phone! You can remove your package from the OMNIVA package at any time within 3 calendar days after receiving the SMS or e-mail. If it is not possible for you to pick up your shipment within 3 calendar days, OMNIVA will send you a reminder about your shipment.
If you do not pick up your parcel within 7 calendar days, the parcel will be returned to us.
To remove the order from the OMNIVA package, you must perform the following steps:
- Come to the parcel post indicated in the text message! Touch the terminal screen, choose the desired language and press the "Take the delivery" option!
- Enter the 6-digit code that was sent to you by SMS or e-mail!
- After the terminal door opens, take out your package and close the door!
- To receive the delivery receipt, press the "YES" option on the screen!
