PURCHASE – RETURN TERMS
E-store Nefriits.lv Purchase terms and obligations of the parties.
1. Main rules
1.1. These Terms of purchase and sale determine the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer of the www.nefriits.lv e-store and SIA Taurenis SM (hereinafter – the Seller). The buyer agrees to these Terms when purchasing goods in the e-store.
2. Conclusion of the purchase agreement
2.1. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer completes the basket of goods in the e-store, provides the delivery address, selects the payment method and makes the payment. The contract is valid as long as the obligations arising from it are fully fulfilled.
3. Seller’s rights
3.1. If the Buyer causes damage to the operation of the e-shop or violates his obligations, the Seller can limit his opportunities to use the e-shop without prior warning. The Seller is not responsible for any related losses of the Buyer.
3.2. The seller has the right to stop the business of the e-shop for a certain or for an unlimited period of time without separate warning. The Seller is not responsible for any related losses of the Buyer.
3.3. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change these Terms by announcing the changed Events on the e-store website.
3.4. The seller has other rights provided for in the regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia.
4. Responsibilities of the seller
4.1. The seller undertakes to apply all means, giving the opportunity to the buyer to use the services provided in the e-store accordingly. The Seller is not responsible for any losses of the Buyer related to malfunctions of the electronic store or data transmission errors.
4.2. If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer, the Seller undertakes to offer similar goods. On the other hand, if the Buyer refuses to accept the analogue of these goods, to refund the money paid to the Buyer within 10 working days.
5. Buyer’s rights
5.1. The buyer has the right to buy goods in the e-store, guided by these Terms and the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement for goods concluded in the e-store by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the goods, only if the goods are undamaged and visually unaltered.
6. Obligations of the buyer
6.1. The buyer is obliged to pay the amount of the goods and their delivery, as well as other payments and to receive the goods. The Buyer pays for the goods in the banks indicated on www.nefriits.lv.
6.2. If the data provided in the Buyer’s registration form changes, the Buyer is obliged to update them immediately.
7. General liability
7.1. The buyer is responsible for the correct data provided in the registration form. The buyer assumes responsibility for the consequences of incorrect or inaccurate data provided in the registration form.
7.2. The parties are responsible for violations of the Purchase Agreement in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
7.3. The Seller is not responsible for the information provided on the websites of other companies, even if the Buyer accesses these websites through the instructions provided in the Seller’s electronic store.
7.4. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the goods displayed in the electronic store with their color, shape and other parameters do not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the peculiarities of viewing images used by the Buyer on the Internet.
7.5. As a result of the occurrence of losses, the responsible party compensates the other party for all direct losses caused by this reason.
8. Protection of personal data
8.1. By pressing the “Order” button, the Buyer confirms that he agrees to provide his personal data to the Seller and has no objection to the Seller using the personal data provided by the Buyer to identify the Buyer, conclude contracts and exchange information, which can be refused.
9. Sending information
9.1. The Seller forwards all notifications to the e-mail address specified in the Buyer’s registration form.
9.2. The buyer sends all notifications and questions via the contact phone or e-mail indicated at the top of the Seller’s electronic store: info@nefriits.lv
10. Product return
10.1. Due to incompatibility of size, color, style, we are ready to exchange the product or transfer the amount paid for the product to the Buyer’s account within 10 working days from the day of receiving the product.
10.2. The buyer sends the product back at his own expense through Ominiva: *RiMI parcel post on Bauskas Pionieru street, Pionieru street 2, Bauska, 9201
10.3. If the Product is visually or physically worn or damaged, it is returned to the Buyer after receiving the shipping fee.
10.4. By mutual agreement, the product can be exchanged, with a surcharge on both sides of the Purchase Agreement.
11. Delivery and payment
11.1. Your order is processed within 24 hours, after receiving the order payment. When ordering, you can choose the way to receive the purchased goods:
11.1.1. Delivery to Omniva parcel
11.1.2. Delivery by courier Omniva
11.1.3. Delivery to DPD package
11.2. Prices are indicated when choosing a product – according to its delivery location and weight.
11.3. In the territory of Latvia, the order is delivered within 3-7 working days. You can pay for the order: By bank transfer and by bank card.
12. Final terms
12.1. All disagreements that arise during the execution of the Purchase Agreement are resolved through negotiations. If it is not possible to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved in the manner provided for in the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
